Aggregate Process from Extraction to End Product

Once the natural resources have been extracted, they are then processed and sorted into piles according to size and type of material. These processed materials are then mixed to provide clients with a usable end product.

One end product for construction aggregate material is concrete. This is a concrete batch plant. Inputs consist of gravel, sand, cement, and water and the output is concrete. The sand and gravel inputs comprise 80% of the total inputs to make concrete.

Once the concrete has been prepared, it is distributed in these familiar mixer trucks for your neighborhood sidewalks, your child's school, office building or even your own home.
